The engagement was announced 3 January, 2026, between Thomas Ralph Beckett (born 30 October, 1992), scion of the Barons Grimthorpe, second son of the Hon (Ralph) Daniel Beckett (born 11 April, 1957), of Westow, North Yorkshire, by his wife the former Susanna Townsend-Rose (born 1960), & Imogen Freda (Mimo) Harley (born 3 May, 1994), daughter of Edward Mortimer Harley, OBE (born 1960), of Brampton Bryan, Herefordshire, head of that landed gentry family, and his wife the former (Alice) Victoria Mather (born 1960), descended from the Barons Cromwell.
Thomas Beckett is a grandson of the late 4th Baron Grimthorpe (1915-2003).
Imogen (Mimo) Harley is descended from the Barons Cromwell:-
