The engagement was announced 16 January, 2026, between Fergus Adam Wigan (born 30 April, 1990), son and heir of Sir Michael Iain Wigan, 6th Baronet (born 3 October, 1951), of Borrobol, Sutherland, and his wife the former Julia Theresa De Courcy Ling (born 1961), & Elizabeth A. Spiegel , daughter of Lawrence Spiegel, of Coral Gables, Florida, and Mrs Spiegel.
