The Lady Davina Elizabeth Alice Benedikte Lewis (b. 19 Nov 1977), daughter of The Duke & Duchess of Gloucester, and wife of Gary Christie Lewis (b. 21 Aug 1970), 1st son of Hore Lewis, of Gisborne, New Zealand, by his wife Viki Carr, gave birth to a daughter, Senna, in June, 2010.

The 7th Viscount Bolingbroke & St John 1927-2010

The 7th Viscount Bolingbroke & St John, died 5 July, 2010. He was 83.

 Kenneth Oliver Musgrave St John was born 22 March, 1927, son of Capt Henry Robert St John (1889-1972), and his wife the former Katharine Mary Musgrave (who died 22 April, 1958).

He succeeded his kinsman, 1 May, 1974, as the 11th Baronet St. John, of Lidiard Tregoze, co. Wilts [E., 1611], and as the 7th Baron St. John of Lydiard Tregoze, co. Wilts [G.B., 1712], & as the 7th Viscount Bolingbroke, co. Lincoln [G.B., 1712], and as the 8th Viscount St. John, of Battersea, co. Surrey [G.B., 1716]. 

He married firstly, in 1953 (div 1972), Patricia Mary McKenna, daughter of B.J. McKenna, of Christchurch, New Zealand; married 2ndly, 22 December, 1972 (div 1987), Jainey Anne McRae, daughter of Alexander Duncan McRae, of Timaru, New Zealand, 

From his first marriage he leaves a son and heir, the Hon Henry FitzRoy St John (born 18 May, 1957), who now succeeds to the family honours, and two sons from his second marriage, the Hon Oliver (born 1972), and the Hon Nicholas St John (born 1974).

_.The engagement was announced 10 July, 2010, between the Hon Thomas Arthur John Dugdale (b 30 Sept, 1977), son and heir of the 2nd Baron Crathorne (b 12 Sept, 1939), of Crathorne House, Yarm, and the late Baroness Crathorne, & Alexandra Hill, daughter of Mr & Mrs Alan Hill, of Pentre Hodre, Shropshire, formerly of Maun, Botswana.

Death of Lady Gabrielle Courtenay, 97, daughter of the 16th Earl of Devon

_.The Lady (Camilla) Gabrielle Courtenay, who died 26 June, 2010, aged 97, was the last surviving child of Rev the 16th Earl of Devon (1875-1935), of Powderham Castle, Devon, by his wife the former Marguerite Silva. Lady Gabrielle, of The Briary, Exton, Exeter, was unm. The funeral takes place at St Clement's Church, Powderham, 12 July, 2010.

There is no heir to the baronetcy.

Granddaughter for the Gloucesters

The Lady Davina Lewis, cousin of the Queen and daughter of the Duke & Duchess of Gloucester, has given birth to a daughter.

Lady Davina, 32, is wife of Maori sheep shearer Gary Lewis, 39. The child is the couples first.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester have two other grandchildren. A grandson, Xan, styled Lord Culloden, son of the Earl of Ulster and his wife Claire, and a granddaughter, Lady Cosima Windsor, the Ulsters' daughter born some weeks ago.
