The engagement was announced 8 January, 2025, between Rupert Alexander Pelly (born 26 November, 1980), scion of the Pelly baronets, second son of William Henry Pelly (born 23 October, 1946), of Sherringtson, Wiltshire, and his wife the former Anne Byrne, & Tamsin Caroline (Tatty) Vaughan (born 1987), daughter of David H. Vaughan, of London, and his wife, the late Jane Catherine M. Vaughan (1957-2022).
