The engagement was announced 5 January, 2026, between Angus Gregory Lowe (born circa 1994), son of Rupert James Graham Lowe, (born 31 Oct, 1957), MP (Reform) for Great Yarmouth, by his wife the former Nicola Chapman, descended from the Baker baronets, & Yasmin Mezran (born 1994), daughter of Karim Mezran and Mrs Sheila Comes.
