The engagement was announced 17 January, 2026, between Joseph Martin, son of Mr and Mrs Frank Martin, of Moynalvey, Co Meath, and Maud May Baring (born 9 May, 1998), scion of the Barons Revelstoke, daughter of Hugo John Baring (born 12 July, 1970), of Holland Park, London, and his wife the former Annabel Mullion.
Maud Baring is a great-granddaughter of Lady Rose Baring, DCVO (1909-1993), a long serving Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth II, and is a kinswoman of the Prince of Wales and Duke of Sussex (both Revelstoke descendants).
