Powell (born 1966), of Clapham, London and his wife the former Katherine M.A. Tidbury (born 1963), & India Jane Spencer (born 4 December, 1998), daughter of Richard Jeremy Spencer (born 31 January, 1958), of Longworth Oxfordshire, and his wife the former Catherine Alexandra Herbert (born 12 October, 1963), daughter of Richard Weston Herbert (1922-2009), and his first wife Olivia Joan Wedderburn (born 2 June, 1934), scion of the Wedderburn baronets of Blackness.
