Paul Ralph Sugden died 28 July,2026. He was 83.
He was born 12 September, 1942, son of Lieutenant-Commander Peter Goldthorpe Sugden, DSC, RN (1913-1943), and his wife Penelope Anne Erskine (1920-1988), fourth daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Thomas Wilfred Hargreaves John Erskine of Cambo, 4th Baronet (1880-1944); and married 13 August, 1966, Janet Mary Rumsey (born 1942), daughter of Squadron Leader J.M. Rumsey, of Beaminster, Dorset, by whom he had issue, two sons, Thomas (born 29 Sept, 1969), and Christopher (born 4 Apr, 1975) and a daughter, Caroline (born 2 March, 1968).
