The engagement was announced 18 July, 2026., between Richard Oliver, younger son of Mr David Oliver and the late Mrs Susan Oliver, & Iona Caroline Miller (born 1988), daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Alan Keith McCulloch Miller, OBE, of Kirton of Mailer, Perthshire, and his wife the former Caroline Janet Erskine (born 15 September, 1954), scion of the Lords Cardross (Earls of Buchan).
