Passingham, of Market Harborough, Leicestershire, and his wife the former Alison J. Felton, and Charlotte M. Dingwall-Fordyce, scion of that Scottish landed gentry family, eldest daughter of Andrew Dingwall-Fordyce (born 22 February, 1957), of Aberdeenshire, and his former wife, Mrs Lucinda Mary-Jane (Lucy) Dingwall-Fordyce, of Overton-on-Dee, North Wales, daughter of Colonel Francis John Kevin Williams, CBE, TD, DL.
