Gerald William Wensley Clarkson died 7 August, 2025. He was 86.
He was born circa 1939, son of Patrick Wensley Clarkson, MBE (1911-1969), and his first wife the former Eileen Barbara Mutch 1915-2005; and married 8 July, 1967, Rachael Elinor Bowman (born 5 Oct, 1938), daughter of Sir John Paget Bowman, 4th Baronet (1904-1994), and his wife Countess (Marie) Cajetana Leopoldine Franziska Robertine Hoyos (1909-48), daughter of Count Edgar Viktor John Robert Anton Georg Hoyos (1875-1952) & Countess Ilona Georgine Eugenie Maria Theresia Kinsky (1879-1968), by whom he had issue, a son and a daughter.
