The engagement was announced 20 August, 2025, between Nicholas A. Amoroso, son of Mr and Mrs Anthony Amoroso, of Toronto, Canada, and Loveday Pamela A. Bolitho (born 1987), scion of that Cornish landed gentry family, daughter of Colonel Sir Edward Thomas Bolitho, KCVO, OBE, CStJ (born 30 December, 1955), of Penzance, Cornwall, Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall, and his wife the former Alexandra Morgan-Giles (born 1958).
