Lavinia Rohays Startin died 12 August, 2025, aged 85. She was born 21 December, 1939 a daughter of Colonel Robert Humphrey Lomer (1909-1991), and his wife the former Lettice Mary Stafford-King-Harman (1915-2012), scion of the Stafford baronets; and married 5 April, 1968 (div 1973), Commander Harry James Startin, RN (1925-2012), son of Hal Startin, of Vancouver, Canada. No issue.
