The engagement was announced 25 October, 2025, between Louis Alastair Van Zeller (born 1993), youngest son of Nicholas Howard Van Zeller (born 1953), of Vernham Dean, Hampshire, and his wife the former Emma Ward Jones (born 1956), scion of the Jones baronets, of Treeton, West Riding, & Laura Jessica Gane (born 1993), younger daughter of Capt Adrian C.M. Gane, of Marlston, Berkshire, and his wife the former (Diana) Jessica Fleming.
