The Lady Charlotte Mary McCallum, who died 19 October, 2025, aged 73, was a scion of the Earls Cathcart.
She was born 29 October, 1951, younger daughter of Major-General the 6th Earl Cathcart, CB, DSO, MC (1919-1999), and his first wife the former Rosemary Clare Marie Gabriette Smyth-Osbourne (1921-1980); and married 16 June, 1972, Capt Anthony Colin McCallum, 1st Queen's Fragoon Guards, son of Colin McCallum, by whom she had issue two sons, Charles (born 1973), Anthony (born 1977), and a daughter, Sophie (born 1975).
