John Richard Beddington died 15 October, 2025.
He was born in 1942, son of Major Charles Richard Beddington, and his wife the former Joan Appleby Holt (1914-2016); and married 11 July, 1972, Roseann Madden (born 25 January, 1945), daughter of Admiral Sir Charles Madden, 2nd Baronet, GCB (1906-2001), and his wife the former Olive Robins (died 1989), by whom he had issue, two sons, James (born 20 Oct, 1973), and David (born 16 Oct, 1975).
