John Wentworth Gordon Hope-Johnstone, who died 30 September, 2024, in Oregon, United States, was a scion of the Earls of Annandale & Hartfell. He was 81.
He was born 8 July, 1944, son of George Ernest Gordon Hope-Johnstone (1901-1994), and his wife the former Aileen Stephen Ewing (who died in 1987); and was twice married, firstly to Trudy Dalquist (div 1975), and secondly, Patricia Fisher.
