Michael Wordsworth died in Portugal, 29 July, 2022, aged 79.
He was born 22 October, 1942, son of Lieutenant-Col. John Gordon Wordsworth, OBE [1913-95], and his wife the former Doreen Butler-Henderson [1920-2015], scion of the Barons Faringdon. He married in 1966, Christine Stella Lear [born 1943], daughter of Arthur Frederick J Lear [1910-68], and his wife the former Amy Stella Pridham [1904-82], by whom he had issue, a son, Giles Patrick John [b 1969], and a daughter, Zara Caroline [born 1972].
