Maria [Pepa] Portman [nee Leonhardt], wife of Edward Berkeley Portman (born 1983), scion of the Viscounts Portman (Visc, UK, cr 1873), gave birth to twins, Heidi Penelope and Frederick Berkeley, 15 August, 2022, a sister and brother for Amalia Cicely, born 10 April, 2015, and for Matilda Victoria, who was born 11 August, 2017.
Edward Portman is a son of Lt-Col Michael Berkeley Portman (b 1947), of Port Hill, Bideford, Devon, by his wife the former Penelope Jane Bishop.
Pepa Portman is a daughter of Mr & Mrs Thomas Leonhardt, of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
