Elliott, son of Mr & Mrs Michael Elliott, of Reigate, Surrey, and Octavia Clarissa Williams [born 4 September, 1983], daughter of Professor Roger Stanley Williams, CBE [1931-2020], and his second wife the former Stephanie Gay de Laszlo [born 9 March, 1945], daughter of Group Capt Patrick David de Laszlo [1909-1980], and his wife the former Hon Deborah Hamar Greenwood [1917-1980], daughter of the 1st Viscount Greenwood [1870-1948].
