The engagement was announced 6 June, 2025, between Major Alexander D.J. Stewart, The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, younger son of Major and Mrs Alistair Stewart, of Andros, Greece, & Jessica Elizabeth Emilie Stephenson Clarke (born 2 July, 1994), scion of the Clarke landed gentry family, youngest daughter of Edmund John Stephenson Clarke (born 1959), of Letcombe Regis, Oxfordshire, and his wife Mrs Susan Heinrich (nee Harrison).
