The engagement was announced 4 June, 2025, between Sholto William Woodward Dugdale (born 1996), only son of Luke Petroc Norwood Dugdale (born 1961), of Loxwood, West Sussex, and his wife the former Elizabeth Bailey (born 1955), & Maeve Evelyn Jessica Mahony (born 6 March, 1998), youngest daughter of Michael Mahony, of Dockenfield, Hampshire, and his wife the former Rosamond Beatrice Elizabeth Adams (born 17 Apr, 1960), daughter of Richard George Adams (1920-2016), and his wife the former Barbara Elizabeth Dyke Acland (1929-2023), scion of the Acland baronets.
