The engagement was announced 16 June, 2025, between Thomas Peter Biegel (born 1991), son of the late Col Michael Biegel, OBE, DL (1955-2025), late the Green Howards, and of Mrs Michael Biegel (nee Alison Glasse), of Great Wigborough, Essex, and Rosanna Lucy Younger (born 2 January, 1994), scion of the Viscounts Younger of Leckie, eldest daughter of the Hon Andrew Seymour Robert Younger (born 19 November, 1962), of Bishops Frome, Herefordshire, and his wife the former Hilary Margaret Chalk.
Rosanna Younger is a granddaughter of the late 4th Viscount Younger of Leckie, KT, KCVO, TD, PC, FRSGS (1931-2003).
