Mary Hirst (born 29 April, 1995, nee Townsend), wife of William Hirst, gave birth to a daughter, Felicity, 28 May, 2025.
Mary is the daughter of Hugo Townsend (born 1945), and his wife Princess Yolande de Ligne (born 16 June, 1964), and is a granddaughter of Group Capt Peter Woolridge Townsend, CVO, DFC, DSO (1914-1995), and his 1st wife the former (Cecil) Rosemary Pawle (1921-2004), descended from the Hanbury landed gentry family. Rosemary married 2ndly, 1953, John Adolphus de Laszlo, and 3rdly, 12 January, 1978, the 5th Marquess Camden (1899-1983).
