Robert Quentin Yeatman, who died 2 June, 2025, aged 91, was a scion of that landed gentry family.
He was born in 1933, son of Wing Commander Hary Morgan Yeatman, RAF (1895-1968), a descendant of the Stanley Earls of Derby, and his wife the former Sylvia Marguerite Giraud Wright (1907-1989), scion of that landed gentry family, & married 1 June, 1963, Victoria Belinda (Linda) Villiers (born 24 March, 1938), scion of the Earls of Clarendon, second daughter of Richard Montagu Villiers (1905-1973), and his wife the former Nancy Godwin (1908-2000), by whom he had issue, three daughters, Catherine (b 25 Aug, 1964), Lucy (born 22 Nov, 1966), and Rosanna (b 1973).
