Dawn Hooper [née Remnant], who died 2 September, 2021, aged 93, was a scion of the Barons Remnant.
She was born 1 December, 1927, a daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel the Hon Peter Farquharson Remnant, MP [1897-1968], and his wife the former Elizabeth Tanner [1902-65]; and married 13 January, 1951, Anthony Stewart Hooper [1917-2004], son of Squadron Leader Clifford Alban Hooper [1891-1958], and his wife the former Janet Ashley Hall, by whom she had three daughters, Susan, Mary and Carol-Ann.
