Alexander Sebastian [Sandie] Lindsay, who died 12 October, 2021, aged 81, was a scion of the Barons Lindsay of Birker, and was heir presumptive to his cousin, the 3rd Baron.
He was born 27 May, 1940, son of the Hon Thomas Martin Lindsay [1915-95], and his first wife the former Denise Theresa Marguerite Mary Vaughan [1912-2004]; married 1962, [Deirdre] Ann Dickson, daughter of Leonard William Dickson, by whom he had two sons and a daughter.
