Camilla's daughter expecting twins

While Prince William and Kate Middleton have yet to announce a wedding date, Prince Charles' stepchildren are pressing on enthusiastically with family life.

His wife the Duchess of Cornwall's daughter Laura Lopes is expecting again - and it's twins. Her idyllic country wedding to City accountant Harry Lopes was quickly followed by the birth of Eliza, now 18 months.

Camilla also has another granddaughter from the marriage of her son, food writer Tom Parker Bowles, to fashion editor Sarah Buys.

The couple wed in a sophisticated ceremony, attended by the likes of Hugh Grant and Sir Mick Jagger in London 2005.

When their little one Lola was born the royal declared herself "absolutely over the moon". In October 2007

And this time it was Camilla herself who let the cat out of the bag about the latest exciting news while chatting to members of the Women's Institutes at the Prince of Wales' country home Highgrove, reports the Daily Mail.

A family source told the newspaper: "It's all very exciting. There have never been twins in the family before".

Sir Derrick Bailey, 3rd Bt, dies aged 90

Sir Derrick Bailey, 3rd Bt, who died on June 19 aged 90, flew bombers during the Italian campaign and was awarded the DFC; played first class cricket for Gloucestershire, leading the side in 1951-52; and later came to the assistance of the Channel island of Alderney by providing an inter-island air service.

Robert Philip Wyndham Adeane (b 1905) and 1st wife Joyce Violet dau of
Rev Cyril Frederick Parry Burnett (LG Parry-Burnett of Perfeddgoed),
and had a son and two daughters as above.

Succeeded to the peerages 13 Dec 1955, on the demise of his grandfather, the 6th Earl of Clarendon, KG, GCMG, GCVO, PC (1877-1955); married.17 Jul 1974 Jane Diana Dawson, dau. of Edward William Dawson, of The Old Rectory, Idmiston, Salisbury, co. Wiltshire; he is succeeded by his son George Edward Laurence Villiers, styled Lord Hyde, Page of Honour to Queen Elizabeth II 1988-90 (b. 12 Feb 1976).
