Rebecca Claire [Beccy] Seymour [nee Banting, born 1986], wife of James Richard Edward [Jamie] Seymour [born 1985], scion of the Marquesses of Hertford [descended from the 1st Marquess], gave birth to a son, Edward James, 7 July, 2020, in Winchester, a brother for Isabelle Grace, who was born 28 Oct, 2017.
Jamie Seymour is a son of Richard Hubert Seymour [born 17 January, 1947], by his wife the former Amanda Claire Hardie [born 1957].
Beccy Seymour is a daughter of Fergus D.T. Banting, of Alresford, Hampshire, by his wife the former Susan E. Watts.
The infant is a great-grandson of Maj John Edward Seymour [1915-72], by his wife the former Elizabeth Norah Brand [1915-2002], scion of the Viscounts Hampden.
