Carr, youngest son of Mr David Carr, of Scoulton, Norfolk, and Mrs Shirley Carr, of Norwich, & Elizabeth Sackville Spooner [born 1990], daughter of Richard Hamilton Spooner [born 1952], of Hedgerley, Buckinghamshire, by his wife the former Susan Elizabeth Ann Rowntree.
Elizabeth Spooner is a direct descendant of the 1st Viscount Boyne.
