The engagement has been announced between the Hon. Quintin John Neil Martin Hogg (b. 1973), son of the Rt Hon Douglas Hogg, MP, 3rd Viscount Hailsham and of the Baroness Hogg (nee Boyd-Carpenter, scion of the Barons Boyd-Carpenter), and Elizabeth Anne Sophia Heneage (b. 1981), daughter of Thomas Peter William Heneage (b. 1950), by his former wife, the former Shaunagh Anne Henrietta Colthurst (b. 1961, she is now the Baroness Latymer, wife of the 9th Baron), scion of the Colthurst Baronets, daughter of George Silver Oliver Annesley Colthurst (b. 1931), by his first wife the former Hon. Elizabeth Sophia Sidney (b, 1941), daughter of the 1st Viscount De L'Isle, VC, KG.
Elizabeth Heneage's paternal grandfather, Maj. Peter Edward Findlay Heneage married in 1949, Jean Douglas (b. 1922), daughter of the Hon. William Sholto Douglas (1886-1932) (4th son of the 19th Earl of Morton) by his wife the Hon. Ethel Georgiana Frances Somerset, daughter of the 3rd Baron Raglan.
