The engagement was announced 10 April, 2026, between Andrew John Stevenson-Hamilton (born 23 February, 1965), of that Scottish landed gentry family, second son of James Christopher Stevenson-Hamilton, 17th of Fairholm (born 21 May, 1933), by his wife Jennifer Mary Habershon (1933-2025); & Andrea Hulme, only daughter of the late R.L.H. Hulme and Mrs M.U. Holme, of Sherborne, Dorset.
It is Mr Stevenson-Hamilton's second marriage. He married firstly in 2000, Tarm de la Fargue Wycliffe (widow of Peter Holland Jenkins, who died in 1995), and daughter of Major John Legh Wycliffe Bartholomew, of Arkleby, Cumbria, by whom he has a daughter.
