The engagement was announced 15 April, 2026, between Jules Marie Nigel Irens (born Aug 1968), and Caroline Julia, Lady Dalmeny, former wife of the 7th Earl of Rosebery, and daughter of Ronald Daglish, of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and of Mrs William Wyatt-Lowe.
Caroline Daglish married 1stly, 18 June, 1994 (div. 2014), Harry Ronald Neil Primrose, then styled Lord Dalmeny (born 20 Nov, 1967), who succeeded, 30 June, 2024, as 7th Earl of Rosebery.
Lady Dalmeny has issue, a son, Albert, styled Lord Dalmeny (born 8 Sept, 2005), and four daughters, Lady Marina Primrose (b 28 Oct, 2002), Lady Lavinia Primrose (b 13 Oct 2003), Lady Delphi Primrose (b 13 Oct 2003), & Lady Celeste Primrose (b 13 Oct 2003).
