The Lady (Pamela) Lemina Lawson Johnston ( née Gordon), who died 7 April, 2026, aged 84, was a scion of the Marquesses of Huntly.
She was born 17 December, 1941, daughter of the 12th Marquess of Huntly (1908-1987), and the former Hon Mary Pamela Berry (1918-1998), daughter of the 1st Viscount Kemsley (1883-1968); and married 4 April, 1970, the Hon (Ian) Harry Calthorpe Lawson Johnston (1938-2023), second son of the 2nd Baron Luke (1905-1996), and his wife the former Barbara Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe (1911-2006), scion of the baronets of that name, by whom she had issue, a son, Percy (born 6 July, 1971), and a daughter, Henrietta (born 2 May, 1973).
