The engagement was announced 7 March, 2026, between Jimmy Scott, younger son of Mr and Mrs Hugh Scott, of Nairobi, Kenya, and Philippa (Pippa) Howell (born 1992), daughter of Philip Luard Howell (born 23 November, 1955), of Hadleigh, Suffolk, descended from the Buxton baronets, and his wife the former Stephanie Fernandez.
