Roger Earle Welby-Everard, who died 7 March, 2026, aged 83, was a scion of the Welby baronets.
He was born 11 June, 1942, the second son of Capt. Philip Herbert Earle Welby-Everard (1902-1985), and his wife the former Lilla Anne Marie Castell Spence (who died 13 Dec, 1999); and married 2 April, 1966, Isabel Anne Bucknall (born 1946), second daughter of Maj. Henry Lloyd Fielding Bucknall (1904-1970), of Newton Abbot, Devon, and his wife the former Barbara Helen Shorrock (1908-1994), descended from the Wake baronets, by whom he had issue, two sons, Julian (born 1 July, 1967), and Patrick (born 16 Dec, 1969), and a daughter, Anna (born 1974).
He was a descendant of Sir Glynne Welby-Gregory, 3rd Baronet (1806-1875)
