Philippa Mary Tweedie died 8 March, 2026.
She was born Philippa Mary Andrews, in 1947, daughter of Major Michael David C. Andrews (1918-1992), of Shepton Mallet, Somerset, and his wife the former Gertrude S.M. Andrews; and married 25 April, 1974, Major Gavin Hugo Tweedie (born 1944), son of Major Hugo Douglas Tweedie (1910-1945), and his wife the former Moyra Eileen Montagu Douglas Scott (1919-2011), scion of the Dukes of Buccleuch & Queensberry, by whom she had two sons, Esmond Michael Xan (born 7 June, 1976), and Alexander David (1978-2003).
