Alexandra Seymour (nee Tigan), wife of Hugo Frederick James Seymour (born 1988), scion of the Marquesses of Hertford, gave birth to a daughter, Eleanor Felicity Titania, 18 July, 2025.
Hugo is the eldest son of Hugh James Seymour (born 10 March, 1956), of London, and his late 1st wife the former Felicity Anne Elise Webber (1958-1993).
Alexandra is a daughter of Gheorghe Tigan, of Arad, Romania, and his wife Titiana.
