Duff, son of Mr and Mrs Peter Duff of Lincolnshire, & Irene Lilian Ramsay (born 27 August, 1990), daughter of William Alan Grant Ramsay of Bowland (born 1958), and his former wife the former Rebecca Shaw (born 19 October, 1961, now Baroness Fraser of Corriegarth ), scion of the Shaws of Tordarroch, daughter of John Shaw, The Shaw of Tordarroch, 22nd Chief (1937-2017).
Irene's mother marrie 2ndly, in 2010, the Baron Fraser of Corriegarth (1946-2021).
