The engagement was announced 21 October, 2023, between William Nicholas Corner Bailey (born 7 January, 1993), a descendant of the Brown and Vestey baronets, son of Mark Corner Bailey, of Great Massingham, Norfolk, and his former wife the former Jane Elizabeth Clifton-Brown (now Mrs Jane Nehsam, of Cowlinge, Suffolk, born 31 Oct, 1954), and Jessica R. Kelly, daughter of Mr and Mrs Paddy Kelly, of Buncrana, Donegal, Ireland.
