The life peerage recently conferred upon Charlotte Kathryn Tranter Owen, has been gazetted in the name, style and title of Baroness Owen of Alderley Edge, of Alderley Edge in the County of Cheshire, 12 July, 2023.
Charlotte Owen (born 1993) is a former special adviser to Boris Johnson. She is a Conservative member of the House of Lords and is the youngest life peer in British history.
