The engagement was announced 8 December, 2021, between Timothy John A. Shields [born 1991] son of Geoffrey B. Shields, of Fulham, London, and his wife the former Frances J. Katzen, & Emma Rose Finlayson [born 1992], daughter of Robert George Finlayson [born 1956], of Hannington, Hampshire, descended from the Milburn baronets, and his wife the former Caroline J. Elliott.
