Countess Marianne [Bunny] Esterházy de Galántha died 27 November, 2021. She was 82.
She born 12 December, 1938, in Budapest, the only child of Count (Maria) Thomas Paul Esterházy de Galántha [1901-64], and his wife Countess Maria Wurmbrand-Stuppach [1914-2003]. She married 4 May, 1962 [div 1970], as his first wife, the Hon [George Esmond] Dominic Elliot-Murray-Kynynmound [1931-2018], second son of the 5th Earl of Minto [1891-1975], and his wife the former Marion Cook [died 1974], by whom she had issue, two sons, Alexander [1963-85], and Esmond [b 8 Sept, 1965]. She leaves three granddaughter,, Lara Florence, born in 2003, Alice, and Flora.
The funeral is to take place 21 December 2021, at St Mary’s Cadogan Street [London].
