The engagement was announced 4 Dec, 2021, between Capt Thomas Charles Lancelot Lawson, Royal Marines [born 5 May, 1992], scion of the Lawson baronets [cr 1900], second son of Sir Charles John Patrick Lawson, 4th Baronet [born 19 May, 1959], of Cornwall, and his wife the Lady Caroline Lowther [born 11 March, 1959], scion of the Earls of Lonsale, & Rose Mary Stevens [born 18 July, 1992], daughter of Michael F. Stevens, of Eridge, East Sussex, and his wife the former Jane E. Whipp.
Capt Lawson is a grandson maternally of the late 7th Earl of Lonsale [1922-2006].
