The engagement was announced 20 March, 2021, between Alexander Siedes, elder son of Mr Meir Siedes, of Nikiti, Greece, and Mrs Orlina Mendelson Siedes, of Tel Aviv, Israel, and the Hon Louisa Clare Leslie Melville [born 18 September, 1987], scion of the Earls of Leven and Melville, daughter of the late David Alexander Leslie Melville, styled Lord Balgonie [1954-2007], and his wife Lady Balgonie, of Glenferness, Nairnshire [nee Julia Clare Critchley, born 21 November, 1956].
The Hon Louisa Leslie Melville is a granddaughter paternally of the late 16th Earl of Leven and Melville [1924-2012], and is a sister of the 17th Earl [born 29 Nov, 1984].
