Louise is a daughter of the late Ian Mercer and his wife, Angela.
Thomas is a son of John Michael Collingwood [born 1958], of Willaston, Wirral, and his wife the former Jane Louise Graham-Clarke [born 1961], scion of the Graham-Clarke landed gentry family.
