_The engagement was announced 30 May, 2020, between Guy W. Schwikkard, son of Mr and Mrs John Schwikkard, of Hamilton, New Zealand, & Dotty Gore Browne, elder daughter of the late David Charles Gore Browne [1952-2012], by his wife the former Diana Rees [Mrs Diana Gore Browne, of Rockbourne, Hampshire].
Dotty Gore Browne is a granddaughter of Maj Thomas Gore Browne [died 1988], who married 1946, Lavinia Gertrude Georgiana Loyd [b 21 Dec, 1923], scion of that landed gentry family, of Lockinge, and a granddaughter maternally of the 1st Earl of Midleton [1856-1942].
