The engagement was announced 16 May, 2020, between Hugo Edward Bailey [born 1989], son of Patrick Robin Bailey [1953-2007], by his wife the former Laura Larthe [born 1954, now Mrs Hugh Shuttleworth, of Cherrington, Gloucestershire], & Alice I. Jenkins, daughter of Mr & Mrs Nick Jenkins, of Llangollen, Denbighshire.
Hugo Bailey is a maternal grandson of Louis Philippe Larthe [1908-94], of Brimpsfield Park, Gloucester, by his wife the former Catherine Ralli [born 1924], scion of the Ralli baronets.
