Michael John Courage, scion of the eponymous brewing landed gentry family died 6 July, 2026, aged 84.
He was born in 1942, the elder son of Maurice Vandeleur Courage (1906-1965), of Rendlesham, Suffolk, and his wife the former Ione Betty Green (1910-1995); and married in July, 1973, Rosalie Frances Worthington (born 1944), by whom he had issue, a son, Simon, and a daughter, Lucy.
