Matthew Joseph Maxwell Scott, died 5 July, 2026. He was 49, and a scion of the Maxwell Scott baronets.
He was born 27 August, 1976, a younger son of Sir Michael Fergus Constable Maxwell Scott, 13th Baronet (1921-1989), and his wife the former Deirdre Moira McKechnie.
He was a younger brother of Sir Dominic James Maxwell Scott, 14th Baronet (born 22 July, 1968).
He announced his engagement in May 2009 to Melanie Greenall, daughter of Alan and Sharon Greenall. I have no reports of the marriage taking place or of any issue of the union.
